Quiero encontrarte y regresar a mis ra铆ces, abuelito. In this performance piece, I detach from the colonial languages that were taught to me to speak to you, abuelito, in a language that I don鈥檛 know and that was also taken away from you: Pur茅pecha.
About the Artist
Eva Ojeda F. is a Mexican performance artist currently based in the Unceded Coast Salish territories. She uses her body as a tool of expression and in her work she raises questions about race and feminism.
