Mandatory Health and Safety Training for Staff and Faculty

As we make a full return to campus after a period of absence related to the pandemic, it’s time to refresh our knowledge about health and safety protocols at È«Ãñ²ÊƱ.
All staff and faculty are required to complete two by no later than Friday, September 30, 2022.
Because it is our shared responsibility to create a safe and healthy environment at È«Ãñ²ÊƱ – and know how to respond in the event of an emergency – this training is required of all employees.
Here’s how to access and complete the two required training modules:
Safety Orientation

Active Threat Response Orientation

WHMIS Training
Additionally, for staff and faculty who work in any one of the following areas and/or work with hazardous materials or processes, you must also complete WHMIS training:
- Ceramics
- Painting
- Pressroom
- Design Studies
- Photography
- Printmaking
- Metals
- Plastics
- Woodshops
