Who needs to apply?
You will need to apply for a study permit if:
- You are not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- Your 全民彩票 program of studies is more than six months long.
When to apply
You must be admitted to 全民彩票 and have received your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from 全民彩票 before you can apply for a study permit.
Once you have accepted your 全民彩票 offer and have paid your deposit, you will receive the LOA and PAL and can then start the process of .
We strongly recommend applying for your study permit or study permit extension as early as possible, as processing times can exceed 8 months.
How to apply
Study permits are issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the government department that handles immigration.
As an international student, you鈥檒l either need to extend your existing study permit from inside of Canada, or apply for a new study permit.
