Request a Transcript

Starting November 12th 2024, È«Ãñ²ÊƱ has resumed charging a fee for requesting official transcripts (following a pause during the COVID pandemic).

Transcripts are available to current and former students.

Official transcripts include the student's complete academic record at È«Ãñ²ÊƱ. These records are confidential and can only be released with a written request from the student accompanied with payment.

Students with a financial hold will not be able to order transcripts. Please contact the Student Payments Office regarding payment for outstanding fees.

Degree Program Transcripts

There are 2 options available for transcript processing:

Regular printing: ($11) - processed within 3-5 business days

Rush printing ($25) – processed within one business day

Please note that transcripts will only be processed after successful payment. All mail is sent out via regular Canada Post according to their current delivery standards. We do not offer express post or courier service and mail is not assigned tracking numbers. The University is not responsible for the physical delivery of mail once it has been sent out from the campus.

If your transcript is being ordered or picked up by someone other than yourself, they must have your written and signed authorization.

Transcript requests for both current and former students are only available through logging in and completing the . We do not provide transcripts by walk-in or through emailed requests.

Please note 'for pickup' in the comment field when filling out the online form if you wish to pickup the transcript on campus.

Current Students: Please submit a ticket to IT .

Former Students: Please submit a ticket to IT and include in the ticket that you need access to your account because you are wanting to request a transcript.


Students with a myEC account can check on the status of their transcript request online.

  • Log in to myEC
  • Go to the Student Menu.
  • Click on the Transcript Request Status (under the Academic Profile)

Replacement Degree Parchments

Alumni from Undergraduate and Graduate programs can order a replacement degree parchment by filling in a and submitting it in person, by fax or by mail.

We do not accept phone or e-mail requests.

The cost is $50.00.

Please allow six to eight weeks for processing.
